Hi Community,

Update - We have been recording the feedback users who have been having trouble formatting since we introduced the new version of the description editor around when this thread was started and we just implemented some changes that we hope will alleviate the problems some of you have been experiencing. Specifically, the description editor should now do the following:

1) remove escaped html (primarily a FF problem)
2) remove elements hidden with style='display:none'
3) recursively remove empty nested elements

If you notice any new issues with the way the description editor behaves, please let us know by contacting our customer support team. We're going to continue to monitor this feedback and do what we can to make additional improvements if necessary.
