Just my 2 cents....I converting over to Auctiva and I'm finding most of the issues I have are of my own doing...ie didn't read the instructions

.....I have put in service requests and have always received a very good response...less than 1 hour typical....others including Ebay either give canned answers, don't respond , or tell you the answer is in their FAQ....not very good service for what you pay for....

Bottom line I think Auctive is better than the one that eat your $$$$....

P.S.
I have friends that use the "V" that I think are going to switch over....why ....Better service thats why....
