Wouldn't it be funny if it was someone at Auctiva who posted the complaint- just to see what we REALLY think about the program? I love Auctiva. I was a bit (probably more than just a bit) leary at first and thinking, "Oh no, I just learned Turbo Lister and now I have to do something new?!", but you are all right- the tech support here couldn't be better, not to mention the Specialists (thanks Magie!) who help you all the time. To say EBAY has service that good...well I do love EBAY but that's stretching it. When I have a problem with EBAY, I go to the Live Chat, and have been given wrong answers plenty of times, but the majority of the answers I get are correct. It's certainly not enough to make me give it up~ Besides, (getting back to Auctiva), why would I shoot myself in the foot? I am paying so much less for my listings than I did before- it's really fantastic, and the templates are AWESOME. Sorry to be so wordy.
