Hi, lets try and pinpoint what you are seeing.

The template is a formatting aid so it does not actually appear on your listing, the results of its application to your description and seller details does.

The template contains information as to where your seller details and item description details are positioned relative to each other in the listing.

When you preview your listing does your specific details of shipping and payment appear or is it empty.

Perhaps you can paste some of this into your reply.
