Hi - I don't know if this is what you are describing, but sometimes the formatting (font, spacing, etc) in the preview version of the seller details will look different in some areas than in the design editor. In the final ebay listing it will look ok - the way you set it up. I don't know why this is, but it seems to be a common occurance. Hope this helps.

Do not give up yet, there are many people who are having no problems with Auctiva. It's really a great program and may just be a case of getting over that learning curve.
