Thanks a lot you guys! I was so upset I was ready to chuck it, am sure you been there someplace! Turned off computer, now back at it more calm, will try again. Like Carol suggested I HAD ALREADY set up my profiles and learned quickly, like she said, not to forget to click that "master" deal. But the payment blurb, and the return policy blurb, would not show up in the preview. That is why I thought that "other thing" was needed. I understand now it's for extra stuff and optional. And again, I will try it once more or more. By the way, that hand arm thing, isn't that the truth, cute way of putting it! Might just quote you sometime. Thanks again to both of you! I'LL BE BACK!!!
