Gallery images and Gallery Plus not working sometimes

Hi Everyone, The last three or four weeks, when I list through Auctiva and go into Ebay to edit so that I can add Gallery Plus, some of the Gallery Plus mag glasses, just bring up the message 'Error Loading Images', which just obscures the Gallery picture. Not the idea! The suggestion from Ebay was to end the listing early and use the insertion credit listing to relist. Why should I! After all I had paid for Gallery Plus. Now Support says that it is not a bug, just a problem that sometimes occurs with externally hosted images. Today I found a listing in the listings, where the Gallery Plus was enlarging the correct Gallery Picture, but the Gallery picture was missing - not showing the camera, but what looked like two grey photos. I ended up removing all the pictures on Ebay edit and replacing them (at a cost of $1.50) and then I got the gallery picture back. I know it's not a lot of money, but it shouldn't be necessary to pay again. Any ideas anyone?
