I also called ebay and they were no help. I did a few searches and it looks like anyone using a 3rd party site to list is having the same issue. I'm sure it's related to the Managed Payments switch. I created a listing on ebay and the gallery photo showed up. So I guess I'll be listing directly on ebay until Auctiva addresses the issue.
