gallery problem

Hello Everybody not very often I come on here but I CANNOT seem to prevent the gallery from loading on my listings. Its only just started to do it, no matter what boxes I untick the listing will not post without the gallery. If i try without then my picture does not appear on the page. Is there a glitch with auctiva re this.. Any one help ??
