Gallery Window Can I select which items appear ?

Hi, I am new to this so still learning. Only 10 items appear in the Gallery window, it seems the 10 that are finishing soonest.
Is it possible to increase the number above 10 and also is it possible to select which items are shown rather than what seems the first 10 finishing. The reason is that I would like to have my shop items appear in the Gallery to give these better exposure. Regards Colin
