Hi Nicksvintage,

Since you are still receiving that error, it is indicative that there is already an existing Auctiva account linked to the eBay account you are trying to generate a token for. Therefore, it sounds like you must actually have more than just 2 Auctiva accounts as it stands now.

I seem to recall helping you out with this situation through a support request you filed. If you still need help with anything, feel free to follow up with us through that support request.
