Yes, I'm having the same problem. I only ship to U.S. and Canada so that's all I check. But my listing all show up as having N. and S. America, Canada and Mexico all checked. They are all the first boxes. I too have had to go in and manually change all my listings. It's getting very annoying. Not to mention time consuming.
