After you sign up click the Account tab, then click the "Referal" link and it will give you your referal link. If you notice I used mine above

I just sorta hid it. If you hover my link you'll see it links to rid=3, and I'm the 3rd user to sign up.

I can't get there right now though so maybe they're doing something with it.
