Get It Fast IS STILL BROKEN

My listing to eBay will not go through when I select GIF (Get It Fast). Auctiva displays the following error message:

eBay listing failed to pass validation for the following reason:

One or more of your domestic shipping services must be an expedited service in order to select the 'Get It Fast' option. Please update your shipping services.

This makes no sense, b/c I have Parcel select (top shipping method), Priority mail (2nd option), and Express Mail (3rd option). I've triple-checked everything, and everything is right. I suppose eBay ?? is playing games with me by preventing me from being ABLE to use GIF b/c they don't want my items to be promoted in any way/shape/form since I closed my store in Sept. (I reopened it just for this month). Checked settings in eBay too, and everything looks good there.

I've been having problems w/ GIF for months now. This is really getting old, Auctiva.
