Shelley and Uptown,

Okay, it looks like both of you have a unique situation. You have both changed your eBay userID over the past month or so. At that point, if the token on Auctiva is not updated to the new userID, we can't update prices and auction info.

Then, items that are store items with original end dates way into the future (like 90 or 120 day store listings) that end because of a buyer or were ended early by seller are not updated. So, our system still thinks the end times are way out in the future, even though the item ended.

Anyway, it's even more confusing that what I've just explained above. We're thinking about a way of handling this in the future, but for now, users can file a support case and we can fix their store windows for now.

We've fixed both of your accounts and your store windows will update within the next 2 hours.
