You are charged the moment you list on item on ebay. It's called an INSERTION fee. Whether your item sells or not you will be charged this fee. (but only on a monthly basis). Be careful using all the features on eBay or you can really loose money. If you tell me what you are trying to sell I can be of more help. KL
