Reply to "GETTING REALLY FRUSTRATED..."

hi there, and i definitely feel your frustration!!! i originally registered with auctiva about a year ago, but i couldn't get the hang of the system (and i think i'm pretty good with computer stuff!!!).

anyway, about 2 weeks ago, i decided to give auctiva another try and it's been easier this time. i don't know if they've changed things in the last year that make it easier, or if my patience has improved ... or what.

one thing that i've learned is to ALWAYS copy the description text before pushing ANY button!!! i can't tell you HOW many times the auctiva system has "eaten" my description. and OF COURSE this usually happens when it's a very detailed one!!! you don't need to actually paste the copied description anywhere (but you could always paste it into wordpad or a blank email if that makes you feel better!); it's just hanging around "out there" on the clipboard in case you need it. hope this tip helps!
