I own an ebay store, and have been selling since December 2007. I currently use Turbo Lister to manage all of my listings. I am giving Auctiva a try to see if it's easier to operate and i have a few questions. Hopefully someone can answer me or direct me to the right place.
1. I registered in 2 auctiva places, one is classic.auctiva.com and one is www.auctiva.com. For some reason www.auctiva.com didn't take brooklynelectronics as username and i had to use brooklynelectronics.com, while classic.auctiva.com took brooklynelectronics as username. I first registered at www.auctiva.com and then at classic.auctiva.com. What is the difference between these 2 sites?
2. Classic.auctiva.com i signed up for 9.99 a month to get Auctive Poster, Auctiva Mister Poster and eBud. I have 200 + listings on ebay store and i was able to get them into eBud. I don't understand how i can edit them to apply Auctiva design to these listings and reupload them back to eBay.
3. Do i need to pay 9.99 for these Auctiva tools given that www.auctiva.com is free?
