I've been on ebay over 8 years.I'm not big time but I always loved the ebay experience until the changes with feedback! The biggest mistake ebay has ever made is the feedback process. I ship as soon as payment is received (same day) and I guarantee all my items and bend over backwards for my customers PERIOD! Yet, I have received unfair feedback or no feedback at all!!! I have opted to sell on other sites and abandon ebay. The change from paperless payments is disgusting! EBAY SCREWED UP A GOOD THING!!!
