I just have one short comment. I send most of my items free shipping. a few inbetween receive a shipping charge. Almost all are free, yet i still receive a 4.8 rating for shipping and handling. I have 100% feedback and all of my customers say how satisfied they are. I think the option that it was neither one way or the other (not the exact words) causes them to give me the lower feedback for that section. With all of the free shipping I do, I should have a 5.0 without a problem. I receive a 5.0 for communication consistantly!
