Reply to "Getting Timed Out To Soon!!!"

Oh I could just cry - I'm not going crazy!

This has been happening to me frequently lately - did not happen at all before that.

I DID file a support request and was made to feel like a twit - the "customer service" person said basically I was the only person in the whole wide world this had ever happened to and that it must be a problem with my cookies/cache/viruses/spyware etc.

Well I went through all these things on my computer and it still keeps happening. I have been in tears on more than one occasion after working so hard on a listing only to lose it all. Have started to cut and paste the html of my description to Word every time before I click on ANYTHING (post, scheduele, save - doesn't matter).

Well Auctiva - looks like it's NOT JUST ME!

I love this service and I said so to the chap in my support request but it is useless if you need to keep re-doing everything or pasting all to Word because sometimes it does work and sometimes it doesn't!

Auctiva - please fix this.
