Reply to "gif and images being transformed, breaking it all"

Hmmmmmm.....

I think that a .GIF is getting stored with the .jpg (explains your error), and a .gif is getting stripped to a single frame. The former problem is the one I recall from past. The later is something I haven't seen before.

I can't find a working combination with either uploader and/or the Replace function.
