I'd like to thank all the veteran sellers who've posted guidance and suggestions on this forum for the greenhorn newcomers (like me). By going through numerous postings, I've gained a vastly better idea of the issues facing both sellers &
buyers alike. I'm very grateful for the entire Community here. It is certainly a terrific asset!
I'm seeking seasoned guidance on the general topic of buyer-seller communications.
It would seem that generous, timely, and secure communications (from both sides) is a vital key to smooth transactions and satisfaction for all concerned.
But given such issues as security, efficient message management, and confusion-avoidance relating to buyer/seller communications... I'd like to ask the following:
Q?: What seems to work best?
a) Interactions with buyers using messages confined to E-bay's 'message-system' ?
or....
b) Interaction with buyers (once initiated) using direct buyer<-->seller email messages?
or...
c) maybe a balanced blend of both? -- and Why?
