Whatever reason YOU use Auctiva the point is you USE it. So you obviously get a benefit--in your case "saves hours of time" So why are you still moaning and groaning! Surely the hours and hours you probably save in valuable time are not outweighted by the problems, otherwise you would have stopped using auctiva!
