As I was creating a new listing today, I tried to SELECT photos...the new screen comes up, then Nothing. I get the hourglass & nothing. No pictures. Waited & waited. NOTHING.
Trying to shut that window down ususally leads to worse hanging problems with the whole listing I was trying to create, so I hit SAVE AS NEW. ......The blue button greyed out, like it was going to work, but then up came that hourglass & I knew I was outta luck. Sure enuf, I waited 5-10 mins, but NOTHING happened--it was just STUCK. i had to shut down the whole window & start over. When That happened I skipped over to my auctions & clicked a few photos to 'SUPERSIZE' them & got a new screen, but no Supersized photo ever showed up!
I then type "www .auctiva.com" ] in my address bar & hit enter I get NOTHING. Couldn't access the Auctiva site that way.
Anyone else who has time, could you please respond if you notice any of these problems?
I opened a support case & was told no one else had problems, it must be me & use Firefox (which I HATE & refuse to use). ...
A favor? Will you type the letters (don't want a clickable link here, but www (dot) auctiva (dot) com into your address bar & hit GO, please? Do YOU get the homepage?
