Reply to "Has anyone seen a real difference since the migration?"

This issue of the image selection screen coming up blank when the "Select an Image" box is clicked is something we are unsure of the cause of and have been unable to reproduce in the office. From what we can tell, this has only affected 40-50 users out of 100,000+ so it appears to be related to a remote problem of some sort rather than a bug in the system.

Other users who have experienced this same issue have reported that clearing their cache has resolved the problem and some have reported that the issue was resolved when they switched browsers. I would definitely recommend that you try both of these measures.

We recommend using Internet Explorer 6 or Firefox for best performance on our site and if you are already using one, you may want to try the other. A free download of Firefox is available at http://www.mozilla.com .

Some users who have experienced this issue have been able to resolve the situation by clicking on other "Select an Image" boxes.

The primary purpose of my response here is to encourage other users who have experienced this issue and been able to resolve it to post suggestions on this thread that may be useful to other members.

We really appreciate all of the assistance our users provide in this community forum.
