Reply to "Has Auctiva site gone down?"

Hi candy -

we are not aware of any continued difficulty with the site since the resolution from our engineers and I have not been able to reproduce any difficulty uploading images so it is unclear what may be occurring for you.

I suggest you try logging out of your account, clearing the browser cache for the browser you use and then logging back in to the site.

If you continue to experience difficulty after trying this, please feel free to file a support case from under the Help tab of the site that includes the details of what you are experiencing and we will be happy to look into it further.
