Has feedback from your buyer's significantly decreased?

Since eBay has barred sellers from giving negative feedback to buyers, my customer feedback has greatly decreased. I'm just curious if the rest of you are experiencing this same phenomenom. Once I started sending positive feedback upon payment, my return feedback decreased. My 100% Feedback is still intact and my DSR scores are all 4.9 and one 4.8 so maybe I shouldn't rock the boat if some of those who did not leave feedback were unhappy, though I would like to think just the opposite...they are happy and see no need to leave feedback. STRANGE!!! I'd like to hear from some other sellers on this issue.
