Reply to "having a problem with images"

I got a pretty similar response to the help request I sent, but now: 1) I can't access the help request I sent to tell them that that didn't work; 2) I can't find any beta anything; and 3) resizing doesn't seem to help, nor does logging out and logging back in. What is this beta I keep reading about - does any one know??
