Mike, sorry about my previous post. You were right, the preview page does have something to do with the token. It doesn't need the token itself, but it needs to read the feedback score from acutiva server which can only be generated after you generate a valid ebay token.

jools47, I double checked your account and looks like everything is fine after you generated the token (that's what you did in the last couple of minutes, rihgt?). Thanks for choosing auctiva.com.
