Hi Community,

Since you are receiving an error when you attempt to generate a token for your Auctiva account, it is most likely that your eBay account is already associated with an existing account. For further assistance with this matter, please contact our customer support team by completing the web form on the following page of our site: http://www.auctiva.com/help/requesthelp.aspx

Just be sure to provide the username of the eBay account you are trying to link to your Auctiva account so we can locate the existing Auctiva account that is already associated with your eBay account.
