Thanks for posting your question here. I am not aware of any technical problems on our side of things that would account for the behavior that you are described, so I suspect that something on your browser is conflicting with that aspect of your software or that there is a connection problem between your network are our systems.

If you encounter this behavior again in the future, the first thing I recommend trying that may resolve the problem is clearing your cache and then closing and reopening your browser. If you are uncertain how to clear your browser cache, you should be able to find specific instructions by going to Google and searching for “clear cache” followed by the name of the browser you are using.

If you continue to encounter the same problem after you have cleared your cache in this manner, please contact our customer support team by mousing over the “Help” tab within your account and clicking the “File Support Case” option and we will do our best to help.
