Reply to "Having trouble cancelling Auctiva's auto emails"

Under the section that says "Auto Email Management" there is a list of the emails--each one has a drop-down menu and one of the choices for each one is "don't send auto email"...select that for all of them, then hit the update account preferences button to save your settings.
