"Hazard" Template

Has anyone noticed that when you choose the template "Hazard" that the lister doesn't give the option for adding your shipping prefs? Yet that template is supposed to have it. I found out that its possible to add your shipping prefs by choosing a different template, selecting your shipping preferences, then clicking "change template" and selecting "Hazard". Then the template show your prefs. But it still does not bring up the drop down menu to remove it or select another.
I hope someone can look into it and fix it.
