HEART TEMPLATE WILL NOT SHOW OTHER SECTIONS

Hello, I am trying to use the heart template but the only secton that is displaying is the description. Am I doing something wrong. I thought that the different sections of the template would come up but so far they aren't. How do I add info to those sections?
