Hi,

Many of the colors/backgrounds/borders on templates are actually images, i.e. pictures, and not colors that can be readily changed. The blue borders you're seeing on Contemporary Blue are actually pictures comprising a border.

If you need that template in a specific color choice, I'd ask the Auctiva folks if one can be made.
