Yup, eBay's been doing that...usually they do show up after several hours, but if they don't, you'll have to contact billing & get a refund. Unfortunate and annoying, but it's happened to me, where they had no idea why it wouldn't show up, even though it was featured...they had me end the listing. Definitely an eBay thing.
