Just saw this, 'I am not responsible for damages incurred during shipping.;

You are responsible. Sorry.

Any claim that a buyer makes regarding goods arriving damaged will be settled in the buyer's favour.

You can ask them to return the damaged goods by trackable means, at their expense, and either offer a refund or exchange including P&P/shipping handling costs incurred by them.

Note. The above applies to the UK site. Should imagine it's the same globally, though. That may be a violation of E-Bay rules and another reason for having your listings pulled, as well!
