Hi. Have you changed your eBay password? Try resetting your token and maybe that will help.

I find it hard to believe (not saying I don't) that Auctiva support hasn't answered your requests when contacting them. They're awfully good about responding quickly. Have you changed your email address maybe?

I'd try again if it was me. I love Auctiva and can't imagine listing without it any more.
