HELP...Current listing gone crazy...

How can you change a current listing through Auctiva and not through Ebay? One of my listings suddenly has a different design template than it did when I first listed it??? very strange!!!!
I can't seem to open the listing for a revision in Auctiva and it doesn't do me any good to revise it in Ebay. I need help.
