We have been receiving a decent number of cases from customers who are unable to generate their tokens in recent days. I believe, in your case, that re-registering with a brand bew account is a good idea.
I went ahead and removed your previous account information from our database, so please feel free to register for a new Auctiva account at your earliest convenience. Hopefully, you will successfully be able to generate a token for your new account then.
