If you are receiving an error when attempting to generate your eBay token that states you have duplicate accounts in the Auctiva system, please contact our customer support team by completing the web form on the following page of our site: http://www.auctiva.com/help/requesthelp.aspx.

Be sure to provide your eBay username in your support request, as that information will be necessary for us to help you out with this situation.
