Reply to "Help...Ebay Token"

Hi,
I got the same message that says: "An eBay account with your eBay username already exists, but belongs to a different user. Do you have multiple Auctiva accounts?" However I have only one account at Auctiva. My ebay ID is: outletsdirect.com.au-ptyltd Please help me with this problem.
