Help! Having an ebay MESSAGES problem! Can't Answer Questions!

Is anyone else having this problem?

I am not able to answer my bidders' questions.
When I go to answer, IE says it's unable to display the website.

I can also not ask questions or access forums/message boards either.

I talked to an ebay tech last night, who said the prob must be on my end. But before I lost access to the message boards, I heard other folks complaining about the same problems.

So... is anyone else having problems like this? It's been driving me crazy all day.

I've deleted cookies, emptied my cache, updated windows, done everything I can think of...

Is this system wide, or is it just my problem?
