Help! How to get PA sales tax off a LOCAL PICKUP ONLY Listing?

Hi,
Keep doing error check on a big, heavy item I want to sell which is for local pick up only.

But error tells me that I can't charge sales tax w/o S & H so I tried putting 0% in, but it says I have to enter an amount. So I tried to delete it (from that one listing only) but it keeps popping back up (6% in PA).

So how the heck do I get this thing to launch? Do I have to take sales tax out of my entire profiles? (these profile things are confusing, too!)

Pleeeeeeasssse???? HEeeeeellp???
