Use the second method. Change your saved listing on our site to remove those images, then resave the listing once it's correct. Then on the saved listings page use the "Get HTML" button. Then when relisting on eBay paste in the new correct HTML. If eBay doesn't let you do it there then just post it then use eBays revise feature and replace the description with the HTML then.
