Just wanted to post an update - I sent in a help ticket...not only was it answered right away, but they fixed my problem on a holiday, no less!!

Auctiva, once again I am terribly thankful a friend thought to mention you guys to me when I started selling several years back. It is because of you and your service that I've been able to slowly work my way out of debt with eBay auctions. Your people are awesome.
