OK...I made an assumption that a RELIST using the new Auto-Relist from Auctiva would generate an EVENT. Now, I'm not so sure.

I think you'd be well advised to open a Support Case with Auctiva and let them investigate. The timing of your problem with yesterday's cut to a new feature that does Auto-Relist is just a little too coincidental. If you have no other services or features on ebay to cause Auto-Relist, then the "ghosts in the system" need GHOSTBUSTERS on the case.
