Try it this way:

1. Click on the 'profiles' tab at the top of your page
2. Manage profiles
3. Clikk ALL, this will bring them all up, item details, gallery, shipping, etc.
4. EXAMPLE--'item details' for instance--check the little box to the left. Go to 'select on the right and dropdown to 'edit'.
5. You should be seeing what you have now, you can change it or add to it.
6. SAVE at the bottom and go on to the next one.

I remember to this day how frustrating it was for me when I started using Auctiva, trying to do the same thing

There seemed to be a couple ways to do it but only one way actually saved the info...I hope this works for you!
