Your Auctiva store is configured to display all of your active eBay listings at any given time and no action should be required on your part to make this happen. If all of your active eBay listings are not showing up in your Auctiva store, I recommend contacting our customer support team using the web form on the following page:

http://www.auctiva.com/help/requesthelp.aspx

Your perspective buyers can potentially reach your Auctiva store by clicking the link in the bottom-right of the Auctiva scrolling gallery in your listings. In case you are wondering, it is not possible to place items in your Auctiva store that you are not offering on eBay.
